Working with a Health at Every Size (HAES) dietitian can be refreshing. My approach goes beyond the scale, prioritizing your well-being and creating a positive relationship with food and your unique body.

What's the process like?
1. Start with scheduling a free discovery call. It’s a great way for us to learn more about each other & for you to decide if this is a good fit.
2. Schedule an initial appointment where we will review your history, goals, and desires for treatment.
3. Schedule follow ups to connect about your goals, recent food experiences, & recieve support.

Is it okay if I still want to lose weight?
Yes. I believe in your autonomy to want weight loss. It is completely understandable that part of you may want this. While I do not prescribe weight loss, I do strive to create a safe space for you to process this.

Do you accept insurance?
I am an out of network provider. I do provide monthly superbills for you to submit to insurance for potential reimbursment.
